@Warcraft Wealth - WOW seems to be searched a lot - if I were you I'd get more keywords like that in the copy and also the (source code) title. Try the $1 trial of Nichebot - their LSI keyword function is awesome.

You are definitely right. I think there actually end up being a lot more searches for just WOW related queries than the full World of Warcraft search phrase.

thanks for the tip on the deadly boss mods. I haven't come across that one yet. Will have to try some articles about the topic :)

@Martn - thanks for your comment. Much of SEO is common sense.

@Lightning Bug - good points! Perhaps in the future people will be more aware of case sensitive searches, but it's just too easy to become lazy and type in lower case all the time.

I appreciate your list! I saw it posted first on Active Rain and immediately posted my blog on all the sites. (It didn't take very long!) That was just the day before yesterday. Yesterday I did a keyword search on Google or Yahoo, and found my most recent post on one of these sites, just hours after I "pinged" it!!!

I have to thank you sooo much, because several months ago I had no Idea what SEO, Blog, or Ping meant!

It makes a lot of sense, as the Apple/apple example illustrates. In fact as far as SEO is concerned it makes things easier in some ways as you can target your efforts more precisely when optimising for brands rather than product types which might share a common name. The problem though is that people have become used to searches not being case sensitive. Still it's something to keep in mind.

Thanks Kay ... I really like your 'positive spin' on the topic. You know what they say ... an ounce of prevention ....

Thanks again Kay!
