I have this nice little website about books that is just taking off like a rocket. So I decided to get more involved in Twitter than my usual wont.
I followed a bunch of people that are relevant and got 12 followers back. Since it’s “important” to have lots of followers, I found a list of people “most likely to follow” me back. The devastation in Haiti, the poorest country in the Western hemisphere, struck a chord in me. Especially the photos of the children, who are so innocent and whose live have been severely impacted.
Compassion International is a group I have been involved with for over 30 years, sponsoring children all over the world. I am fully confident of them and the management of the money that is sent to them.

No, I really didn’t fall off a cliff!
Instead, I got married, which to some of you may seem more risky than the cliff option.
I’m back from Vegas (a very traditional wedding – Elvis did not perform the ceremony), mucho happy, and once again in blogging mode.
