I am a total fan of Alex Krulik’s Magic Article Rewriter and Magic Article Submitter. I’ve been using both for over a week, building links to my sites like mad! Here’s how they work…
Magic Article Rewriter is a dream to use, especially with the added Magic Tokens database, which automates almost the entire process. You just paste an article into the text box, click on Magic Tokens, and you’ve got an article ready to be spun and distributed. The spun articles are not garbage…they make sense, although I do go through and make corrections, since sometimes the synonyms or replacement phrases don’t quite fit the article.
This is the above paragraph with tokens added, which can be spun into many different versions:

Submit Your Articles to Hundreds of Directories
The companion software to this is Magic Article Submitter. You create a Gmail account specifically for your article submissions, then create a profile for the article directories within the Submitter. It automagically signs you up with up to 700 article directories, and then goes into the Gmail account and activates the accounts (I love that part!). Next, using the wizard, you enter your article into the Submitter, complete with tokens, choose your categories, and it then submits spun articles to the article directories.
The number of directories your articles are actually submitted to depends upon your subject matter and the categories. There’s no point in submitting an article on dog training to a wine article site. Before you ask – I don’t worry about getting too many links at one time. Not all the articles will be accepted, and some will take weeks to get accepted. Some will be filtered out by Google, and that’s okay.

Hello, I have been using magical article rewritter for quite a long time but I haven’t got round to updating to the current version. I must say it is an excellent tool for spinning article and I have used it a lot for my backliking campaigns. However I find that it takes my about 30 – 40 minutes to spin an article to about 60% which can be fairly time consuming. I would love to find a piece of software that rewrites articles at the push of a button (and I am talking about high quality articles!) , it would make all seo’s lives a lot easier!!

The Magic Tokens database speeds thing up considerably. It automatically inserts alternate words throughout the article with a push of the button! There are always some words that won’t fit, so it’s a good idea to scan for those. You can also tweak the database to your liking.
I’m glad you appreciate it. This is the type of tool that a lot of SEO’s won’t talk about, but I don’t see a reason to keep it a secret. Those of you who are serious about SEO will check it out and possibly use it; others will look for simpler methods.
I’m definitely going to have to look into this. I’ve been doing article marketing for quite some time, but I hate hate HATE writing articles. Ugh, so tedious. Have you noticed an increase in indexed articles using a spinner like this?

I does get tiresome, doesn’t it! I’ll have to give this a little more time before I’ll have any stats on the results, but I expect to gain some good links from it.

Hery, some article directories are very picky, Ezine being the first that comes to mind. You have to follow their guidelines exacltly. On some articles I have finally just given up on them and moved on to GoArticles or one of the others.

Yeah the activating part really is nice. I am surprised to see how much sophisticated softwares have become, they’ve really made nearly everything automated.
I will agree with you that article spinning isn’t a garbage after all, an article on Affiliate Marketing will be likely to cover the same basic points from hundreds of marketers but what would set them apart is their writing style, you can spin your article and submit them so each article is presented into a new way.

Yes, it is okay, especially since the spinner makes them all different.
The key is to find the right categories, but the Magic Article Submitter makes that pretty easy to do.
A manual rewrite is anyways better than any kind of tool. I guess the copyright software can distinguish such texts easily!
I have never heard of these programs ether. But the article makes them sound pretty good and all the comments are positive. I will have to look into this. This is something I need badly promote the work I do on my website.

I’ve been concerned about using these article marketing services simply for the fact that they send them to so many, it may be completely irrelevant. I’ve always preferred to send them to relevant directories, or at least the larger ones. I’d be very interested in hearing answers to these.

It takes some time to see if your links are “taking.” There’s another linkbuilding program I started using first, that also spins articles but submits in a different manner, and am now beginning to see results from it in my inbound links on Yahoo Site Explorer. A couple of these marketing articles have shown up there too.
I can get a well-crafted article to rank pretty quickly on eZine, and don’t submit the spun articles there. I view the mass submits as quantity link building efforts, and opposed to quality. Both types of links are valid.

These type of links WILL just get discounted by Google. Any link building method that is cheap or easy will generally not be worth it.
It depends on how you do it. I am careful to make sure all the spun articles read well. It’s not instant, but it helps a lot.

Some of the directories are pretty random, but usually my articles end up in 50 or so directories. Interestingly, there are some very topic-specific article directories available. They do include the main directories.

Unless you get thousands in a month, you should be okay. Besides, these tend to trickle in…the article directories tend to take some time to approve articles; most are not immediate.
No, keyword density isn’t all that important, as long as your keyword is in the article a couple of times and it’s used as a link once.
Blog commenting can be valuable for links and traffic, as long as you can add a link. I don’t worry much about no follow…Google flip-flops on that issue.
Some SEO consultants argue that manual submissions (either directory or article) are better than auto-submission. Manual submissions emphasize on quality, while auto submissions emphasize on quantity. What is your preference for better SEO? Thanks.

This is another way to optimize the website which is in this article. This is really fast and easy because there are some suggestions you’re looking for especially when you are in a hurry. Yes, you can set the tokens automatically with the push of a button, which is way cool. However, you still need to review them to make sure they all work for your article…otherwise it can sound a little strange in spots.
Problem is, it’s hard to get enough “organic” links oftentimes. If done correctly, these links look organic, especially if you are careful about which article directory categories they are submitted to.
Alright… we’ll give it a try! This does seem like a great way to build truly relevant back links.
I’ve used two services that spun articles before, but the results were not that good. I do believe now that it is much important that you do not build up too much links at once, because otherwise they will not be counted. But if you can share some real success storys, than great!

Debby, I’ve been working it and I’ll write a blog post once I have some stats.
Regarding manual versus automatic submission of articles, I can appreciate that it may be wise to employ the former if you’re dealing with just a few directories. But several hundred? You’d have to be daft not to make use of the latter — I for one would go catatonic otherwise!
As for article spinners, I’ve heard that they often don’t product very satisfactory results, and I’m not really surprised; automation is wonderful for many things but in some areas it still has its limitations. That said, I think I would find it useful because it would at least give me something to work with. Sure, all that rewriting and revision can be tedious, but given the choice I much prefer that over trying to figure out how to fill up a blank sheet of paper — or screen, rather.

Writing articles as a way to build backlinks is a very tedious process. I would rather prefer to write articles for direct traffic. There are definitely better and “easy” ways to get quality backlinks.

Yes, although you won’t actually want to use all the directories for every article. As it turns out, I was only able to register with a little over 500 (!) directories, and depending upon the category of the article, it may only submit to anywhere from 15 to 200 or so directories. Even if it’s 15 directories, though, it saves me a great deal of time, so it’s worth it.

Yeah I would agree with you SEO diva submitting unique articles to different article directories is one way in generating quality inbound links. Aside from that you can also do social bookmarking submission and directory submission too. And also blog commenting is essential too.

To get it right, you have to review the article tokens – you could use “as is” but then some of it won’t make as much sense, although this one doesn’t put out gibberish like some do.
If your article is visible on the first page that’s great! This happens sometimes, that your article or lens or whatever ranks higher than your web site, at least temporarily. But you should re-evaluate your site to see if it’s SEO’d as well as it should be.
