I’ll leave the techie stuff to the Diva lol, but the short answer is NO.

They still get “indexed” but they do not pass PR….this is the reason why any text links you may or may not sell better have the no follow attribute in them

Page rank is pretty useless when it comes to SEO. Page rank only affects the crawl rate of your site. The higher the page rank is, the more your page will be crawled. If your site is PR0 you can expect your page to be crawled once every six weeks however if your site is PR6 like my own then it will get crawled every day

First off I want to say that PR as in PR toolbar is not important to a sites success. Anchored links are. As a matter of fact my site ranks for make money blogging, and is the lowest PR of all the sites on the first page of Google for that term.
