@Web Talk – I didn’t realize that the server going down could affect my plugins, but it makes sense. It has happened more than once.

Yeah when you enable comment luv and do follow you will definitely be spammed. I had observed this many times. I was wasting more of my time looking at the comments rather than writing the Blog posts..

This is what happens when you are too good with people!:) dofollow tag is a great thing as long as you dont find somebody who wants to pest your comments section with tons of spam..at leas this is what happened to me. Anyway thanks for trying! as far as your "automatic deactivation" i would say it is nothing to worry about. I agree with you , DoFollow is Good for all , but sometimes it’s a headache .
I have a blog that filled with thousands of spam comments.
Better if we can have good spam comment filter plugin…
