Many thanks for sharing the list. It’s nice to see it kept updated (latest 14/12/08) but as with these things it’s still wise to check the do-follow status if that’s what you’re looking for as it can change on a daily basis.

I just started SEO and i know something about do-follow link. I found out a lot of way to check a blog is dofollow or not.

But i need a way when i put a url to a software and i need to check if it is dofollow or not.

so i know ctrl+u rel=nofollow way.(In firefox)

But even if that blog is do-follow i feel there may be somelinks which are nofollow

Can we say a site is not a do-follow just because we saw the nofollow in page source.?

@Pepper Spray - some have dropped it, I’m sure due to the huge amount of spam that comes in. Akismet catches most of it, thankfully.

I agree with you, the benefits outweigh the hassles.

Hi,

I am a big fan of do follow and CommentLuv, but I have noticed that a lot of the sites that were do follow have gone back to no follow.

At a guess I would say the drop out rate is about 35%. Have you or anyone else here found the same?

I don’t think enough people (site owners) realise the power of do follow links. Each comment is new content, which in turn brings the Google spider back to their site.

I still think that the pro’s out number the con’s, when it comes to having do follow on your site.

Just a thought!
