How to Set Up An RSS Feed Reader

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I’ve had several readers tell me they’re confused about how to set up an account for RSS feeds. They click on the big feed button on my blog, and from there are not sure what to do.image

Since I only got into utilizing feeds myself a few short months ago, I understand - I used to get confused too. Now I love using my Google Feed Reader - I stay up-to-date with all my favorite blogs, and it’s an easy way to read them, too.

As I was preparing a post on exactly how to do this, complete with screenshots, my research brought me to a blog article that, yes, explains exactly how to set up an RSS account in Google Reader, complete with screenshots!

Not one to duplicate something that’s already doing a fine job, I’m going to suggest you head over the Pipers blog  and Abraham’s great article What is RSS: A Step-by-Step Guide to Google Reader.

Then be sure to come back and add my feed to your reader! I’m excited about reaching my goal of 100 subscribers, and it inspires me to blog more frequently.
